Urban regeneration is a key objective for both a social and architectural development, bringing as it does diversity and life into often declining areas.  The conversion and remodelling of this local disused office building into 12 new 2 bed flats was a particularly satisfying project to undertake.  The remodelling includes a 3^rd floor extension with a mansard roof.

KTA designed, secured planning & completed the building regulations on this project.
